On January 3, 2015, a team of experts from Shandong Institute of Metrology and Weifang Bureau of Quality Supervision led a group of four people to come to our factory for on-site verification of the production license renewal of measuring instruments. Our Company attached great importance to and cooperated with this audit from top to bottom.
On-site audits are conducted mainly on the basis of JJG (Lu) 66-2008 "Concrete Batching Scale" and "Metrology Law of the People's Republic of China". The auditing time is relatively tight, only one day. The first meeting of the auditing was held immediately after the expert group arrived at our company. The preliminary introduction and arrangement of the auditing work were made. Subsequently, the team of the expert group was accompanied by our company's director Zhang. Visited the laboratory, asphalt mixing plant workshop, concrete mixing plant workshop. During the visit, the expert group gave timely corrections to some irregularities on the site. Of course, it affirmed the hardware facilities and production strength of our workshop.
After lunch, the expert group immediately began the afternoon information review, focusing on the inspection instructions, inspection records, drawings, review documents, software management of technical products, system documents, customer satisfaction survey of after-sales department and process documents of production department. The whole document review lasted for three hours. In the afternoon, the expert group held the final review. The meeting briefed the approval of the audit conclusion, introduced the problems found in the audit process, and issued six non-conformity reports.
At last, Director Zhang made a concluding speech at the meeting. Although the audit was passed, due to the tight audit time, many local expert groups did not audit it. Therefore, we should make deep rectification for six non-conformities. At the same time, we should cite one from another and extend it to all departments, all norms and systems of our company.
