In order to further stimulate the enthusiasm of the broad masses of workers in learning and practicing skills, and promote the improvement of their skills, on August 23, Lutong Machinery Welder Skills Biwu opened the curtain, 40 athletes from three workshops of Lutong Machinery signed up to participate in the competition. The competition is sponsored by the trade union and League Committee of Lutong Machinery Company and co-sponsored by the Production Department. The contestants are selected from the workshops of Lutong Company.

Before the competition, Director Zhang made an emphasis on welding technical requirements and competition rules. Subsequently, we determined the order of the competition by drawing lots on the spot, 40 players, each group of four, divided into 10 rounds. On-site judges make on-site evaluations of the players'performance. Everything went on in a tense and orderly way. After a day of fierce competition, it ended successfully at 4 p.m.

This competition is mainly practical operation, the arc of the competition scene is overflowing and welding flowers are flying. In the roar of a row of electric welding machines and the brilliance of the blooming welding flowers, the contestants are full of spirit, holding welding torches, wearing protective shields on their heads, and operating in accordance with the regulations carefully, showing their good psychological quality and high skill level skillfully.

This competition is not only a demonstration of employees'skills and demeanor, but also a comprehensive test of the actual level of employees. It also stimulates the enthusiasm of employees to learn and communicate with each other, and helps to further develop a good atmosphere for everyone to love and devote themselves to their jobs and study their skills diligently.

Through skill competition, the overall skill level of employees in enterprises is comprehensively improved, which lays a foundation for improving production efficiency and product quality.
