Routine Maintenance Method and Operation Flow of Concrete Mixing Station

I. Site Layout
The equipment of concrete mixing station can be arranged flexibly according to the actual situation of construction site. The site should be smooth and intact and compacted, but before installation. At the same time, according to the position of the large sample, the large sample should be retained until the installation of the equipment is completed (the supporting foundation of each component is made well in advance). At the same time, the following problems should be paid attention to:
(1) The installation foundation of the equipment should be chosen in an open place to shorten the loading period of the loader. Strength of unimpeded and non-interference can still ensure the convenience of turning the head of finished material transport vehicles.
(2) When prefabricating foundation, it is necessary to ensure its smoothness and reasonable overlap of various sizes so as to make the installation of equipment firm, because the quality of foundation will affect the normal work and use quality of equipment.
(3) The feeding side of the batching unit is determined according to the stacking of raw materials and the configuration of loaders.
(4) In order to facilitate the loading of loaders, it is advisable to set up a feeding ramp pier on the feeding side of the blending unit and keep a free access path between the feeding pier and the blending unit, at the same time, to facilitate the inspection of equipment and operation. A protective fence should be erected between the feeding ramp pier and the batching unit to avoid the adverse effects on the normal operation of the aggregate belt conveyor caused by the accumulation of materials scattered during loading of the loader.

II. Maintenance and Maintenance
1. Reducers and electric drums shall be executed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the instructions.
2. Butter gun should be used to add grease to the oil cup before starting the bearing of mixer, aggregate belt conveyor, feeding belt conveyor, proportioner and screw conveyor every day. The grease should be removed and inspected every 200 hours to replace it with new grease.
3. The transmission gear of the mixer should be smeared with a little butter before starting every day.
4. Apply a small amount of grease to the chain, clean the chain once every 300 hours, and open the cover of each drive chain once a week.
5. Clean the tensioning screw of each belt conveyor and belt feeder once a week and coat it with new grease.
6. The working conditions of the agitator are bad. When the blade pulp is worn down to less than 2/3 of the original area, the blade pulp should be replaced.
7. After the end of each shift, the materials in the storage bin of mixtures should be discharged cleanly, and the materials adhering to the equipment should be cleaned or removed, so as to avoid the hardening of the materials and affect the normal use of the equipment. Cut off the main power supply and open the top cover of the agitator. Check the tightness of the agitator arm and the blade pulp. It is found that the nut should be tightened immediately to avoid the accident caused by the blade pulp falling off.
8. When oil leakage occurs in reducer or electric drum, the sealing gasket or ring should be replaced in time to ensure adequate oil quantity.
9. The cover plate on the cylinder block of mixer should be repaired in time to avoid material flying out and hurting people.

III. Maintenance of Electrical Equipment
Regular maintenance of electrical equipment can not only reduce the occurrence of faults, but also find hidden dangers in time, thus preventing the expansion of faults. The daily maintenance objects of electrical equipment in electrical control cabinets generally include contactors, electrical lines, relays and protective devices.
(1) Dust and oil pollution are easy to enter the motor, resulting in the decline of electrical insulation resistance, poor contact, deterioration of heat dissipation conditions in electrical control cabinets and electrical lines, and even cause grounding or short circuit. Particular attention should be paid to the removal of conductive dust such as iron powder. Therefore, dust and oil pollution in electrical cabinets should be regularly cleaned.
(2) During maintenance and inspection, attention should be paid to whether the contactor in the cabinet is damaged, whether the terminals of relays and other electrical appliances are loose, whether the wiring is off, etc. Check whether the various electrical components and wires in the cabinet are oil-soaked or insulation damaged, and if there are any above phenomena, necessary treatment should be carried out.
(3) In order to ensure the normal operation of the protective devices of electrical equipment, the setting value of the automatic air switch should not be changed at will during maintenance. Thermal relays must be selected according to the requirements, and should not be too large or too small.
(4) Strengthen the maintenance and inspection of electrical equipment in hot, rainy and cold seasons.

(6) Attention should be paid to the reliability and safety of grounding or zero connection of electrical equipment.
(7) In the routine maintenance or maintenance of equipment, the total power supply of the electronic control cabinet should be cut off, the key on the key switch should be pulled out, and warning signs should be hung up, so as to avoid causing personal casualties or equipment damage caused by misoperation.
