LB series asphalt mixing equipment has high automation, accurate measurement and high reliability. It is an ideal equipment for high-grade highway construction and maintenance. Asphalt concrete mixing equipment is a new product developed by our unit by introducing international advanced technology and combining domestic highway characteristics.

Its key components such as burner and sensor adopt international first-line brand components, the control system adopts programmable controller and control computer, which can automatically and manually control the weighing, mixing and discharging in the production process; the lining plate and blade of mixer adopt high wear-resistant alloy casting, the mixing arm adopt alloy cast steel, and the service life is long; aggregate adopt accumulative measurement, powder and discharging. Bitumen is measured separately in order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of batching. Hot aggregate and mineral powder are equipped with bucket double-chain hoist and automatic tensioning device. The combustion system is equipped with light oil/heavy oil/coal burner. The dedusting system includes gravity dedusting, cyclone dedusting, water dedusting and bag dedusting. The finished silo has many combination forms such as side-mounted and bottom-mounted (30, 60, 80, 100, 120, 240 tons) for users to choose.
