HZS35 fully automatic concrete mixing station is a concrete mixing equipment consisting of feeding, proportioning, mixing and electrical control. It is suitable for small and medium-sized construction projects, prefabrication factories and commercial concrete factories.
The main mixer and aggregate hoist of the station adopts JS750 double horizontal axle forced mixer, the aggregate proportioning part adopts PLD1200 concrete proportioning machine, loader feeding, electronic scale measurement; cement is stored by cement silo, conveyed by screw conveyor, and measured by cement scale; water is stored by water tank and storage tank, water supply by water pump, water balance measurement. After the liquid admixture is stirred evenly in the additive storage tank, it is sent to the additive scale by the anti-corrosion pump for measurement. The whole batching and mixing process is automatically controlled by the electronic control system (or manual control). The control system can store many different concrete proportions for users to call at any time. The station has the advantages of simple structure, convenient installation and debugging, advanced system configuration, imported components for measurement and control system, and high reliability.
